Let the music 'SCRATCH' compilation was released in 1984 on PGP/RTB Records, there is no mention of who produced the mix on the album but i believe it to be Phil Clary.

actually this is a wicked compilation , yes by Phil Clary originally released on Streetwave but had luck to have it here in serbia in the 80s :) from PGP/RTB (Produkcija gramofonskih ploca / radio televizija beograd) ...and thx for the upload ! the 2nd file doesnt work tho...any chance on getting it in a better kbps ? :)
